“Summer fun comes naturally when folks visit parks for hiking, camping, or to attend a family reunion,” said Sherri Dowling, activities coordinator at Tygart Lake State Park. “But when Bil Lepp visits, fun becomes a story you can retell to others. It’s all smiles and chuckles.”
