WV Turnpike Construction, Repair, Lane Closures

The following is a list of anticipated construction projects requiring lane closures on the West Virginia Turnpike during the week of May 3-6:
KANAWHA COUNTY
Near Chelyan – 86.5 Northbound
Marmet – 89 Northbound
Standard – 74 Southbound
Near Sharon – 80 Northbound and 82 Southbound
RALEIGH COUNTY
Near Ghent - 29.5 Southbound
Near the I-64/77 Split – 38-39 Northbound
Between North Beckley and Pax – 51.5 Southbound
Turnpike Maintenance crews will have lane closures at various locations along the Turnpike for routine patching, bridge maintenance and other regular maintenance activities.
All paving projects will take place in the evenings from Monday through Friday from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM (no construction on Saturdays, Sundays or on holidays).
