MU-OSU Game Viewing Options Plentiful for Those Staying in Huntington

Huntington, WV (HNN) – Marshall University football fans who will not be traveling to Columbus, Ohio for the Buckeyes/Thundering Herd match up have numerous public viewing options.
First, a limited number of fans will be able to view the game in high definition at Huntington’s Discount Cinema Theatre, 1025 Fourth Avenue. Admission is FREE. Seating, however, is limited. Get in line early to assure yourself of a spot.
You cannot bring drinks or food, though. But, there are plenty of options to be found at the concession stand.
The Discount Cinema will also show the MU/WVU game in high definition at no charge next week.
THE RIVER
The DAWG has two big screens set up by the Ohio River in Harris Riverfront Park. Choose a screen based on the team for which you are rooting. The “Border Battle” begins seating at 4:30 p.m. Admission is free, but no outside food or beverages are permitted. Bring blankets and lawn chairs, if you like.
MUAA MAC REEDO’S
The River City chapter of the MU alumni association will be watching the game together on the upstairs portion of Mac-Reedo’s . The $15 fee includes food, beverages, tips and prizes. Be sure to wear green.
