Huntington Man Arrested for Attempted Murder, Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine and Marijuana

Huntington, WV (HNN) – Following a Thursday morning pursuit, Huntington Police arrested Kenneth Ziegler on multiple charges. Actually, the cops weren’t looking for Ziegler, but he slipped in a vehicle and scraped Officer Josh Coffey with the car dragging him a few feet. The five minute chase began around Charleston and Artisan Avenues, went through Ritter Park and ended on Northcott Court near Hal Greer Blvd.
Ziegler, 39, and the father of NBA star O.J. Mayo, had about 85 grams of marijuana and a bag with chunks of cocaine in the vehicle.
