Expanding Church Offering to Donate Pews

Huntington, WV (HNN) – Could your church use some new pews? It’s the season for miracles and the Cross Lanes Baptist Church is looking for churches to accept their old pews. That’s right --- they will be gifts, the only requirement: Removed them during the week of January 3-9, 2011.
“God has continued to richly bless our congregation and we are currently planning to remodel our sanctuary ,” said Dr. Clacy Williams , a member of the Gospel Harmony
Boys and Cross Lanes Baptist Church. “ Our first step is to empty the sanctuary of the existing pews. These pews are available to a congregation that might need them because the remodeling will change the circulation patterns in our building,” Williams said.
“We look forward to gifting them to a wonderful, worshipful new home.”
