New 2010 Tri-State Youth Football League Turf Bowl Champs Crowned

Huntington, WV (HNN) - The new Tri-State Youth Football League Turf Bowl Champions for 2010 are Douglass Cammack in A Division, Ceredo Kenova in B Division, Barboursville in C Division and Douglass Cammack in D Division. The championship football games were played at Joan C. Edwards Stadium on Sunday.
In the A Division Douglass Cammack had to overcome a 14-0 lead by Wayne at the half to win 22-14. Douglass Cammack scored 8 points in the third quarter and 14 points in the fourth quarter to win while holding Wayne scoreless in the last half.
This was the classic rivalry between Ceredo Kenova and Vinson in the B Division. Ceredo Kenova scored 14 points the second quarter and held on for a 14-8 win over Vinson with the Tigers scoring 8 points in the fourth quarter.
Barboursville scored 8 points in the fourth quarter to break a 6-6 tied game and win 14-6 playing Ceredo-Kenova in the C Division.
A two point PAT run by Joshua Jones, Jr. in the third quarter gave Douglass Cammack an 8-6 win over Barboursville in the D Division game.
