Huntington Council Committee Meetings Wednesday

Huntington, WV (HNN) - The Public Safety and Finance Committee of Huntington City Council meet Wednesday, Nov. 17 at 6:30 and 6:45 p.m. respectively.
Both committees will discuss the Huntington Police Department purchase through a grant of digital portable radio equipment from Motorola and Kenwood.
The Finance Committee will discuss Big Sandy Superstore Arena bonds, but it will likely add an agenda item to discuss the first quarter city financial figures distributed to council members at the Nov. 8, 2010 meeting.
A Work Session will be held on Thursday, November 18.
