Huntington, WV (HNN) - Pullman Square celebrated Oktoberfest on Saturday under a nice sunny October day with games, music, food and fun. The event is sponsored by Clear Channel Radio and in the sixth year.
There was a pet costume contest, beer stein relay, beer barrel races and a talent contest. Everyone present had the opportunity to perform the chicken dance. A polka band played and some were dressed up for the Oktoberfest.
Chad D. Berry, Attorney at Law won the beer chug and brat eating contest for the sixth year in a row. His five year experience was to much for the other challengers to over come.
Kala DeHart and River Town performed later that afternoon.
