Oktoberfest 2010 Saturday at Pullman Square

Huntington, WV (HNN) – Pullman Square hosts Oktoberfest Saturday, Oct. 9 as most events begin with the Chicken Dance at 12 noon. However, the LBDA Annual Charity Dog Show (http://www.lbda.org) will be from 9:30 a.m. until 12 noon. All breeds are welcome, including pedigreed, non-pedigreed and mixed breed family pets.
Entry fee is $10
LBDA supports those affected by Lewy body dementias.
The schedule following the dog show is as follows:
Noon — Chicken Dance
Noon — Registration for Downtown History Walk with Dave Lavender
12 to 12:45 p.m. — Full House Polka Band
12:45 p.m. — Pet Costume Contest
1 p.m. — Chicken Dance
1 p.m. — Downtown History Walk with Dave Lavender to begin
1 to 1:45 p.m. — Full House Polka Band
1:45 p.m. — Meat in the Middle Contest
2 p.m. — Chicken Dance
2 to 2:45 p.m.— Full House Polka Band
2:45 p. — Beer Stein Relay Contest
3 p.m. — Chicken Dance
3:05 p.m. — Beer Barrel Races
3:30 p.m. — Tri-States Got Talent/ Register online at the radio station websites
4 p.m. — Chicken Dance
4:05 to 4:30 p.m. — Tri-States Got Talent
4:30 p.m. — Beer Barrel Races
5 p.m. — Chicken Dance
5:05 p.m. — Tri-States Got Talent (Awards presented)
5:15 to 6 p.m. — Kayla Dehart & Rivertown
