Huntington Service Fee July 2010 Report Available

Huntington, WV (HNN) – The City of Huntington took in $342,406 in service fee funds during the period of July 1-July 31, 2010.
This report lists expenses in July as $247,500 (police special units); $19,433 (police equipment/training); New officers (FY 10, $45,917); New Police Cruisers FY 10, 6,000); New traffic/street equipment (FY 10), $9,250; and paving/slip and bridge repairs (FY11), $15,410.
The city anticipates approximately $4.5 million dollar for FY 2011 from the service fee/user fee.
