Executive Session for Sanitary Board Tuesday?

Huntington, WV (HNN) – The Huntington Sanitary Board will hold a special meeting at 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, August 24, in City Council chambers. The prepared release indicates that “personnel” matters will be on the agenda.
Personnel matter may be ground for an executive session, which would be closed to the public.
The Board has also recently been named with the City of Huntington in at least one lawsuit by a former employee.
