Can’t Beat the Family Friendly Free Price for Special Summer Morning Cinema Series

Huntington, WV (HNN) – Memorial Day weekend theoretically stamps the opening of SUMMER, but the frigid and snowy winter may have pushed back some county school summer freedom dates.
Once the routine of not attending school takes hold, the inevitable ‘what’s there to do’ which sets in. So, many cinema chains from Ashland and Huntington to Barboursville, Hurricane and Charleston (and beyond) offer weekday morning (usually, Tuesday or Wednesday) flicks at 9:30 a.m. or 10:00 a.m. with free admission.
At this time, not all of area cinemas have announced their family free summer series. GHTC normally offers a series at the Cinema (Huntington), Park Place (Charleston), and Fountain Place (Logan). The Teays Valley Cinema 10 also normally offers a series. However, we have the schedules for Marquee Pullman, Phoenix Kyova 10, and Cinemark Huntington Mall ($5.00 for ten films or $1.00 each).
