Boil Water Advisory Lifted for Enslow Park Area of Huntington

Charleston, WV (HNN) – West Virginia American Water has lifted a precautionary boil water advisory for a small, residential area in downtown Huntington. The affected area was Wilson Court, from Enslow Boulevard to Fountain Place.
 
The boil water advisory was issued Thursday, April 28 because of a water main break.
 
Results of water quality testing have confirmed that water quality meets drinking water standards, and there is no further need to boil water prior to consumption. West Virginia American Water thanks its customers for their patience and cooperation during this event. Customers are encouraged to share this information with other West Virginia American Water customers in the affected area listed above.
