CORRECTION: Finance Committee Vote 5-0

Huntington, WV (HNN) - After conferring with Finance Committee Chairman Steve Williams, Friday, April 23, both this reporter and the councilman each contributed to a reporting error.
Since the Finance Committee took a voice vote, not a roll call vote, the chairman acknowledged the misinterpretation. In effect, he called for "no" votes (rather than making a no vote).
We appreciate his explanation and his having prior to our asking understood why the tally was misinterpreted.
