Master Class Offered Prior to 'Lord of the Dance'

Huntington, WV (HNN) -- Local dancers have the chance of a lifetime to learn Irish Step dancing from the masters themselves, the company of dancers who make up Michael Flatley’s Lord of the Dance.
Michael Flatley’s Lord of the Dance company is offering a master class Thursday April 22, 3:30 p.m. – 4:15 p.m. at the Joan C. Edwards Performing Arts Center Room 224. The cost of the class is $20.00 cash only. There is limited number of spots available. Call 304-696-3326 to reserve your spot.
The Master class will include warm-ups, brief exercises, as well as instructions about the breathtaking Irish Step with members from Michael Flatley’s legendary company.
Following the master class, Michael Flatley’s dancers will perform his newest masterpiece Lord of the Dance, based on Irish folklore at 7:30P.M. on the stage of the Keith-Albee Performing Arts Center.
Tickets may be purchased at the Marshall Artists Series Box Office located in the Joan C. Edwards Performing Arts Center. Ticket prices are $45, $50, $55 for adults.
