Draft of Proposed Occupation Tax for Review

Huntington, WV (HNN) – As requested at the Wednesday, April 14, finance committee hearing, the Wolfe Administration has made available for public viewing documents concerning the draft proposal of the occupation tax.
Two documents have been provided.
First, a Municipal Occupational Tax Summary which outlines the sections of the draft tax document. You can download the PDF Summary, HERE.
Finally, the DRAFT of the tax ordinance is available for PDF download. The document is over 30 pages in length. Download DRAFT by clicking HERE.
