Huntington, WV (HNN) -- Best known as the host of “American Idol,” “E News,” and “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve,” Ryan Seacrest has responded in a “Twitter” blog that he “can’t wait” to arrive in Huntington with English Chef Jamie Oliver.

Behind the scene activity has tempted Huntingtonians, especially the ‘meet and greet’ casting call early this week at the Huntington Hall of Fame Café. Camera crews have captured the essence of a few popular festivals, including passing out flyers at the Rib-Fest.

In fact, the crews have rented the former LeCooke Store, across from Pullman Square, as their office. Speculation has it that some shooting will be done at that location, too. The producers are coordinating activities and working with the Huntington Regional Film Commission.

The same “Twitter” post by Seacrest indicated he was “looking at a casting list for a new series I am producing and reading backgrounds on radio guests….”

After the positive experience with Warner Bros. during the shooting of “We Are Marshall,” everyone’s excited and cooperating with the Chef Oliver show that will attempt to re-direct the eating habits that won Huntington a title of the ‘fattest city in the U.S.’ Based on the English models, Oliver will be working on school lunch menus and examining fresh produce options at groceries.

But, I've got a question --- are you bringing anyone along with the last name Kardashian?
