Last week the Huntington City Council voted to lift the hiring freeze by recalling
a laid-off cop to work for
the school district.
Tonight, the Council is expected to vote to hire three more garbage collectors
to clean up some bu;l trash that has accumulated on city streets.
Meanwhile, Mayor David Felinton is saying some council members are trying to impeach
him. The council has held some meetings in Executive Session recently, meetings
Felinto said are impeachment strategy meetings.
