Offices Completed Before The Hearing

In a hearing held Monday, Chief Judge Alfred Ferguson found Commissioners Evelyn Richards and J. R. Blankenship in civil contempt for not having renovations complete on offices on the third floor of the Cabell County Courthouse.

The following pictures show offices that were complete by the time of the hearing, including the waiting room, Judge Ron Anderson's Hearing Room, Law File Office, and many other offices. All of the pictures below are of new offices built by the commission under the court order before Monday's hearing.

If the renovations are complete by October 2nd, Commissioners Blankenship and Richards will not have to go to jail. The third part of this series will be pictures of the completed Law Master Office.
