Deonta Jackson is still in jail today-after a Cabell County magistrate set his bail at $120,000.
Jackson, 22,was arrested Wednesday and charged with two counts of wanton endangerment.
According to court records, Jackson involved in an August 16th shooting outside of an Eighth Avenue bar.
He also faces charges of fleeing and possession of narcotics with the intent to distribute.
Police claim Six shots were fired at a car on Hal Greer Boulevard a few minutes past midnight Friday, Aug. 16.
According to officers, Jackson led them on a chase when they attempted to arrest him.
Police recovered more than $4,000 in cash, marijuana, and crack cocaine, when they arrested Jackson, according to reports.
Another man in the car with Jackson was also arrested, but he has not yet been charged.
Jackson has a preliminary hearing scheduled in magistrate court September. 6.
