BARBOURSVILLE PD MAKE SHOPLIFTING ARREST

HNN Staff

Brandon Burgess is wearing some new clothes, clothes that he didn't have to pay for. Not paying for clothes is why Barboursville Police say he is in trouble with the law. Barboursville Police issued Burgess his new jailhouse outfit, without a designer label, because they said he didn't pay for many designer outfits they said he stole from Lazarus and other retailers at the Huntington Mall. The police had been searching for Burgess for weeks, despite having many videotapes of the thefts, tapes that were broadcast on local TV stations several times. They arrested him after he returned from a beach vacation.
