Justice has been served in the killing of a former Marshall University student.
Curtis B. Yanko, 26, of Point Pleasant, faces a long prison sentence after a Mason County jury convicted him of killing 28-year-old Daniel J. Arthur.
The shooting death occured last year in Arthur's Point Pleasant home.
Yanko blamed the killing on being under the influence of prescription tranquilizers.
